I was hesitant to buy this product for a long time, thinking it wouldn’t fit, but it’s perfect. Easy to install, works like the original

I was delighted when my package arrived and I just opened up to check the color to make sure it matched and it did perfectly. My son installed it for me this past Sunday however once he installed it we noticed that the extended visor the plastic part that comes out from the visor itself was missing there was just whole nothing was there. We thought maybe we can get the other one out from the old visor to put it in of course we could not. I did send an email stating how happy I was with the color and that it actually fit except for that one item that the sun visor is not complete. Other than that I love my visor I love that it matched it was easy to install I watched my son do it. I just wish that they would go ahead and send me another visor with the extended plastic visor inside so I can replace it and send this one back. Thank you
