Functie:
1. Meer lucht in uw motor en meer uitlaatgassen eruit krijgen is de sleutel tot een prestatiegerichte motor. Dat is waar uitlaatheaders belangrijk zijn als de eerste inkomsten van een uitlaatsysteem. Uitlaatprestatieheaders manipuleren de luchtstroom met het prestatieverminderende uitlaatspruitstuk dat bij uw auto werd geleverd.
2. Headers voorzien elke cilinder van zijn eigen mini-uitlaatpijp, wat betekent dat uitlaatheaders interferentie tussen cilinders voorkomen; dus de tegendruk die optreedt in gemeenschappelijke uitlaatspruitstukken. Wanneer cilinders niet met elkaar hoeven te vechten om hun uitlaatgassen uit te stoten, kunnen ze meer vermogen door de wielen sturen, waardoor het voertuig wordt voortgestuwd. In combinatie met een hoogwaardige koudeluchtinlaat en een cat-back uitlaatsysteem, verwijdert een headersysteem alle beperkingen van uw motor, zodat deze optimaal kan presteren.

Jk jeep exhaust manifolds

The right hand side fit perfectly but the Left side there was a massive metal box on it so it wouldn't fit in there and also the centre pipe is bent towards the motor to much and the spark plug lead touches and melts the shape is slightly off too as the exhaust shop had to cut and weld my exhaust system to suit the left side .

I need to return these

I can’t use these they don’t fit by the steering shaft. I couldn’t fit the left bank in. And you sent 2 sets of them and billed me for 2 sets. I just want to return both of them. I can’t use them

Can't beat it for the price

Very happy with these catless headers, especially for the price. Fitment was perfect and I didn't have any trouble with the installation. Just note, it only comes with the manifold to midpipe flange bolts/nuts/washers. It doesn't come with the bolts that secure the manifolds to the block. Just reuse the old bolts and don't over-torque them. I also purchased the O2 sensor extenders which have worked as described to prevent catalytic converter codes.

Is300 2jz header

I would give it 5 stars but the fitment was off a little bit at the collector. Without modifications when bolting up the Y pipe it was sending it tight to the passenger frame. In my experience I was able toto shimm the flange with the factory flange that I ground down at a wedge to correct the issue. Other than that the fitment at the head was ok. Yes I could have cut the welds and straighten the flange on this header but I was in a pinch and needed it to work with what I had.
