Questa piastra è realizzata in acciaio inossidabile 304 da 1,5 mm tagliato al laser e ha la stessa forma del tubo di collegamento EGR. È stato rullato [grande macchina rumorosa piena di sassi di plastica] per renderlo liscio e dargli una superficie abrasa per ottenere una migliore tenuta e per rimuovere eventuali bordi ruvidi o taglienti.
Conferisce una ripresa più pulita ai bassi regimi perché impedisce il riciclo del gas di scarico, soprattutto se è sporco o bloccato.
La piastra si inserisce tra la testata del cilindro e il tubo che va all'alloggiamento della valvola EGR

Värdelös frakt och dålig passform

Jag chattade och kollade så frakten skulle gå fort och om delarna fanns på lager, det gjorde dom och skulle finnas hos mig om 3-6dagar, det tog 15dagar innan paketet kom, kul att ha en isär skruvad bil och vänta på delar, passformen hade dessutom en del att önska, tyvärr både första och sista gången jag handlar utav detta företag

good part but miss-aligned mounting tabs

This kit installed just fine, except for the two mounting tabs and the flared end. We had to bend the the tabs to fit. It was a pain in the ass because there is very little room to maneuver here. The flared end was a bit of a challenge as well where the pipe meets to boot for the intercooler input. I was concerned about the tightness of the boot so I made a slight mod to fix that and used 2 band clamps. It would have bee better if the pipe was flared and then had at least 1 inch of straight on the end of it. All in all, it is now working fine.

Idle Surge Fixed!

Purchased to replace and delete my broken IACV and worked a treat. No more idle bounce, revs nice and happy and looks pretty good too.

Side note for the manufacturer; Different anodised colours would be a very cool addition in the future.
