Audi Q5 led drl control module

I ordered a lh driving light control module on March 9th 2026. The part sat in Illinois for a week before moving, received it on the 19th of March 2026. I live in Michigan, should have only been 2-5 days tops. I didn't order it because I wanted to put it in stock, I ordered it because I needed it. Worst shipping department I've come across in a long time. I would never, ever recommend buying from this company to anyone. Tried to get them to refund my money, and stop the order multiple times, it hadn't shipped yet, but all I got was "please be patient, and give it a couple more days. They offered 10% off too. I ordered the same part from another vendor while I was waiting, got it, installed it, and repaired my vehicle. Now I have a 2nd part on the shelf collecting dust. Again, I will say it, don't waste your time ordering from this company.

Nice company to deal with

The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process seamless the amount of photographs of the part were superb ensuring that the part you we’re ordering was correct.
The LED light modules were delivered very well packed and in the published time frame, I was kept informed throughout the delivery process.
The light modules were as described and new, the rear flasher is now working correctly again.
