Customer service was great at responding my enquiries however after i ordered my part it had been 2 weeks and i had no shipping update so i reached out and was told the item i ordered was out of stock, so i had to wait for them to restock it and then another week later i still had no shipping update so i reached out again and was then given a tracking number and things went smooth from that point on. I was not entirely happy with the process however since customer support was so quick to respond i am giving 3 stars. Now hopefully when i install the parts they work ;). September 27th order placed to October 18th order received
