Despite ordering the correct part number, I received the wrong item. I clearly demonstrated this with photos showing the original part next to the replacement. The replacement has a completely different design and different mounting points, making it impossible to install.

When I contacted customer service, they asked me to provide an additional video showing the installation attempt. I refused because the photos already prove beyond doubt that these are two different parts. Even the color is different—the original part is black, while the replacement is silver.

I had intended to have the part installed at a repair shop, where it was immediately discovered that the replacement did not fit. I still had to pay the workshop for their time.

The seller then denied that they had sent the wrong part but nevertheless offered me a 15% discount if I kept the incorrect item. At the same time, they informed me that if I returned it, they would deduct 30% of the purchase price as a "restocking fee." On top of that, I would also have to pay for the return shipping myself.

Legally and morally, this is outrageous. They are clearly counting on customers not taking legal action over an amount of around €30—and unfortunately, they are probably right.

The fact remains that these are deceptive business practices that potential customers should be aware of. Selling an item under an incorrect part number is the seller's responsibility, and they should be held accountable. They cannot justify this afterward by referring to a generic product photo somewhere on their website.

My advice: If you buy cheap, you buy twice.

Trotz korrekter Artikelnummer wurde das falsche Teil geliefert. Dies habe ich anhand von Fotos (Originalteil neben Austauschteil) dargelegt und bewiesen. Das Austauschteil hat einen anderen Aufbau und andere Aufnahmen für die Halterung, weshalb es nicht verbaut werden konnte. Auf die Reklamation hin, sollte ich ein zusätzliches Video vom Einbauversuch machen. Das habe ich abgelehnt, weil die Fotos bereits belegen, dass es sich um unterschiedliche Artikel (auch in der Farbgebung -Original ist schwarz, Austauschteil ist silber) handelt. Zudem habe ich das Teil in der Werkstatt tauschen lassen wollen, wo der Mangel aufgefallen ist und was ich auch bezahlen musste. Daraufhin hat man abgestritten, dass es sich um ein falsches Teil handelt, mir aber trotzdem 15% Rabatt angeboten, wenn ich das falsche Teil behalten würde und mir gleich angekündigt, dass man mir 30 % vom Kaufpreis, als Wiederauffüllgebühr, einbehalten würde, wenn ich es zurückschicken würde. Zudem müsse ich den Versand selbst bezahlen. Rechtlich und moralisch eine Unverschämtheit! Die bauen darauf, dass man wegen knapp 30,-€ keinen Rechtsstreit eingeht, womit sie natürlich Recht haben. Fakt ist, dass das betrügerische Methoden sind, von denen zukünftige potentielle Kunden wissen sollten. Wer Artikel mit falscher Artikelnummer verkauft, erzeugt damit eine Schlechtleistung, für die er geradestehen sollte. Da kann man such nicht anschließend auf ein Beispielfoto berufen, das irgendwo auf der Homepage gezeigt wird.
