Still Receiving a CEL

This item was supposed to act as a mini-cat but I still have a CEL and two O2 codes showing. No washer provided with this item to seal the threads/item at the bung.

No more P0420!!

3rd gen 4Runner had CEL for faulty catalytic converter or downstream sensor. Probably one of those but I’m not buying either of them. I’ve got 320,000 miles and running strong. This adapter fit my 01 downstream sensor perfectly and now the 02 sensor is just far enough out of the exhaust stream.
