2.If using a larger 4L80E or older Turbo 350/400 transmission the bellhousing ears may need to be trimmed for proper clearance. Our headers are tucked in tight due to narrow older frame clearance.

Ordered back in April still waiting for part which is still in china they are blaming courier. Haven’t had an update since 5th of may and a email the other day saying it’s still in china!!!
The header fit almost perfectly. The only issue I had was the last bolt closest to the firewall did not line up 100%. I ended up just using a smaller bolt with a washer and a nut to get it firmly secured. Other than that it looks and sounds amazing!

2004-2013 Chevy Tahoe 4.8L 5.3L Stainless Steel Exhaust Manifold Headers
Very happy with these catless headers, especially for the price. Fitment was perfect and I didn't have any trouble with the installation. Just note, it only comes with the manifold to midpipe flange bolts/nuts/washers. It doesn't come with the bolts that secure the manifolds to the block. Just reuse the old bolts and don't over-torque them. I also purchased the O2 sensor extenders which have worked as described to prevent catalytic converter codes.
