Received the unit within three weeks. The actual unit was super easy to install but I felt like we had to remove a ton of trim to get to it. Happy to have my screen back which includes my radio, backup camera and charger ports after two years. Bonus was, the new unit came loaded with navigation.

Just wanted to let everyone know that this company comes true to their word. I ordered my Apim for my truck and gave them my VIN#. Right away they messaged me saying once they programmed my Apim it will be sent. Less than a week later they sent me my Apim and they hold to their words it came back 100% plug and play setup as stated. Thank you very much for taking care of my problem. The Ford company was going to charge me $3000 for the Apim, programmed and installed. I got it done for price I paid for and installed it myself. Once again thank you.
