Egr delete never happened because I never got it

I ordered the part, it never came. I was offered different resolutions that did not give me all of my money back, finally, I was told that I would receive 100% refund of what I spent. It's been well over a week. And well passed the five business days that was toe to me when I would receive it, i was told check with my bank. My bank says there is no pending refund, deposit or anything?
Totally disappointed
