2015-2017 Cadillac Escalade GMC Yukon Wireless Charging Module Adapter Harness 13521066 Generic

Went to electrical garage specialising in those kind of things and they said to me the following:
"This is Chinese stuff which requires configuration to ford system. Youre plugging something that's has different system and god knows what can happen, your diagnostic ports can stop working, your car's computer might stop responding etc. This requires cutting some trims in the car like plastics in order to have everything working, extra USB ports, jacks etc. Instead of £100 job this turned into £350 with software specialists that would calibre it to ford system so it works together when plugged in."
So disappointed to say the least. Part itself is close to £400 and now I have to spend same amount to get it fitted. Instructions included as much I respect effort from manufacturers, simply doesn't work. And I used it on most common and reliable ford amongst all - Ford Focus 1.5 diesel Tdci titanium 2017.

Do not order from this company I had to wait a month to receive my parts they were on back order and no one decided to even reach out and inform me about this. I had to email them you can never get in contact with a person and now after waiting all this time for my parts, my part is now defective and for over 2 weeks now I have been going back and forth with this company trying to either return or exchange my part for my car that now I have done without going on 2 months. Also now because they're part is defective they would like me to take pictures of installing the part with the codes on my car then uninstall that part reinstall my old part take pictures of those codes and send them to them and then I just offered just to get a refund and because their parts are defective now it's a 30% restocking fee and I have to pay shipping because they had defective parts. When I have been more than patient and more than cooperative and they want to charge me for something that they sold me that was not a reliable part. So now I am going to have to find somewhere else to order my part from and be out almost a $300 that I spent on this part plus whatever part, I order not only that it will be almost 3 months without a car. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

They followed up to ensure I got the proper part. Everything worked out and my car’s running great

Highly recommend this product! Shipped in 2 weeks and once it was plugged in it worked! Only used for a week so far but it's been great.
