Defective product! Don’t buy!!!

I received a defective cowl cover as the molding was improperly done and the product is of poor quality. I then submitted photos and the requested information but was informed to just glue everything in place. I have to admit I didn’t see that one coming! Just refund the money so i can buy a functional part.

I received two right hand rear window weatherstrips for the truck. I left a voicemail and sent an email and I’ve gotten no response. I’d like to have this corrected. I need a right rear weatherstrip.
