Where do i begin?

So I ordered a timing chain kit for a Kia Forte, compared all the part numbers, double checked that everything was correct. When I recieved it I was notified by my mechanic that they were in fact the wrong parts. (This is after the motor was taken apart and the old timing chain removed) So now I have a customers car on my lift all apart. I contacted customer service who not only stated they sent me the wrong part, but that I would have to pay to send it back AND I was being charged a 30% restocking fee for a mistake they made. I already called Amex to dispute.
