Functie:
De functie van de parkeerrem is het stabiliseren van het voertuig nadat het tot stilstand is gekomen, waardoor ongelukken door botsingen tijdens het parkeren worden voorkomen en het interieur van het voertuig stabiel blijft.
De parkeerremactuator vervangt defecte parkeerremactuatoren met een defecte motor of gebroken remkabels, waardoor de achterremmen niet aangrijpen wanneer de parkeerrem wordt ingeschakeld.
Het kan uw oude of defecte module direct vervangen, waardoor het niet nodig is om de hele unit te vervangen, wat tijd en geld bespaart.

I had tried another TCM module from Amazon seller that was able to ship it to me, but that one was not preprogrammed. Even when it said pre program in their description, but it did not work and It gave error codes. So I bought another TCM #2, from FleaBay that was supposed to be already programmed, but that one was even worse than the first TCM I bought from Amazon. 2nd TCM from ebay gave hard clunking when shifting to reverse. and it cause even more error codes than my OEM TCM! So I found this seller here. Thank goodness REVOLVE SAVE MY DAUGHTER CAR! I Purchased this TCM through this seller and their partner, Because Amazon won't ship it to me. But this seller will work with you and provide assistance and communication for alternatives. Also they can program the TCM with your VIN number. That really help your car's computer communicate with your car's transmission and other code issues, like non stop running radiator fan always on high blast. That's one of the symptoms for the TCM error code and hard shifting. The AT LIGHT, TRACTION LIGHT AND CHECKED ENGINE LIGHT WENT OFF. I CLEARED IT WITH OBD SCANNER AND ALL SHIFTING GOOD AND SMOOTH! NO CLUNKING OR OTHER ERROR CODES. I would buy from this seller again, only if Amazon changes their shipping policy. Just remember to provide your VIN so they can program it to your TCM model number. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the SYNC upgrade. It was exactly what I was looking for to modernize my car and add the features I wanted.
Pros:
Relatively fast shipping to Switzerland. Easy installation. Everything needed for the installation, including the necessary tools, was included.
Cons:
The programming was not perfectly matched to my car. After installation, some of the steering wheel buttons did not work correctly. Support is offered, but I was also able to fix the configuration myself quite easily using FORScan with the help of ChatGPT.
Conclusion: Good value for money and overall a satisfying upgrade. It does exactly what I was looking for, and despite the small issue with the initial programming, I would definitely buy it again.
