The pictures of the product show that it has O2 sensor bungs on both sides of the exhaust, but the actual product only has a bung on the passenger side, which is the wrong side. The bung should be on the driver side.
Customer service said that "we have sold many units of this product without similar complaints" and that the "technical team has confirmed that the current configuration is correct as designed," which doesn't seem accurate since it doesn't match the pictures.
I've sent lots of comparison pics and they still say there is nothing wrong.
Other than that, the exhaust fit well, and appears to be good quality. The O2 bung placement is a deal breaker though.

This catalytic converter was a great replacement and fit as expected without any major issues. Installation went smoothly, and everything lined up properly. After installing it, the vehicle has been running well and the problem I was having was resolved. The construction feels solid, especially considering the price compared with an OEM replacement. Very satisfied with it so far and would definitely recommend it as a more affordable replacement option.

Installed this a week ago along with a brand new flex pipe. So far so good, only issue is that the heat shield on top of the manifold doesn’t align with the two bolt holes on top. Changed this with two new o2 sensors and no more check engine light.
