Three of the out of the four didn’t fit

Three out of the four cut outs did not fit the engine and could not be used

Didn’t fit Nor the gasket. Had to grind the hole inserts half an inch for it to fit and even then I felt pulses coming out of it when I fully tightened it. Edges were extremely rough. Badly machined/cut
