I thought this was another Chinese ripoff company when I didn’t get my part in the specified time. I disputed the payment when it didn’t show up in time specified, they refunded my payment within the hour, two days later the part showed up. They may over promise and under deliver but they are a stand up company and will not cheat you.
The problems are solved.
