2009-2018 Dodge Journey 2,4L Flex Pipe Catalytic Converter Direct

Bought these obviously because of price and that the specs match either Magnaglow or Walker brand and EPA standards. Other then them being about 1/4 inch smaller, I changed every sensor you can think of including a new battery and 02’s and still get P0420-30 had them professionally installed only thing I can blame is the Catalytic Converters themselves now I need to buy the real deal and have this crap sawed off.

Purchased a mid pipe for a 2009 Lexus IS 250 AWD. When the package arrived, it was severely damaged. On top of that the biggest issue is that the driver side pipe did not fit into place properly once connected to the flange thats connected to the exhaust manifold. On top of that, even if that lined up properly, the Y pipe section was a foot longer than it should have been to be able to properly connect to the rear section of exhaust. I would submit for a return, but because I am in Wisconsin and parts of rust I had to cut the old mid pipe off meaning that I had to modify this one in order to get it to fit for the time beingand now I’m not eligible for a refund. Overall, A poorly design and marketed product.

This catalytic converter was a great replacement and fit as expected without any major issues. Installation went smoothly, and everything lined up properly. After installing it, the vehicle has been running well and the problem I was having was resolved. The construction feels solid, especially considering the price compared with an OEM replacement. Very satisfied with it so far and would definitely recommend it as a more affordable replacement option.

Installed this a week ago along with a brand new flex pipe. So far so good, only issue is that the heat shield on top of the manifold doesn’t align with the two bolt holes on top. Changed this with two new o2 sensors and no more check engine light.
