Overall, I’m very satisfied with the SYNC upgrade. It was exactly what I was looking for to modernize my car and add the features I wanted.

Pros:

Relatively fast shipping to Switzerland. Easy installation. Everything needed for the installation, including the necessary tools, was included.

Cons:

The programming was not perfectly matched to my car. After installation, some of the steering wheel buttons did not work correctly. Support is offered, but I was also able to fix the configuration myself quite easily using FORScan with the help of ChatGPT.

Conclusion: Good value for money and overall a satisfying upgrade. It does exactly what I was looking for, and despite the small issue with the initial programming, I would definitely buy it again.

TCM arrived on time in very good condition, highly recommend them for their professional service

Install was pretty easy after watching a YouTube video on how to. APIM came with updated software which was nice.

They followed up to ensure I got the proper part. Everything worked out and my car’s running great
