I did not receive my car part on time. it is now costing me hundreds

I would love to go into detail but long story short it took support 13 days to tell me I needed to tell them the part No. to send it out to me. Support can only respond once every 24 hours as well so those combined cost me 18 days of a delay. Now the part is coming after I move states and that will cost me MUCH more to re-ship it and to have it installed by someone else..

On the website is says:
"Shipping Information:
Delivery Time: 3-7 business days.
Free Quick Shipping."

And after all that, from the new purchase date it will still take 19 days to come. Im just sad, not even angry, just sad :(
