The header fit almost perfectly. The only issue I had was the last bolt closest to the firewall did not line up 100%. I ended up just using a smaller bolt with a washer and a nut to get it firmly secured. Other than that it looks and sounds amazing!

2004-2013 Chevy Tahoe 4.8L 5.3L Stainless Steel Exhaust Manifold Headers
Very happy with these catless headers, especially for the price. Fitment was perfect and I didn't have any trouble with the installation. Just note, it only comes with the manifold to midpipe flange bolts/nuts/washers. It doesn't come with the bolts that secure the manifolds to the block. Just reuse the old bolts and don't over-torque them. I also purchased the O2 sensor extenders which have worked as described to prevent catalytic converter codes.
Looks like a fabulous bit of kit. Not fitted it yet but it looks really well made.
