Terrible communication, molasses in January slow shipping.

Ordered the part 7/15/2026. Got an Amazon tracking number that never developed beyond "label created". Left voice mails. sent emails, tried the "chat" option on the website, just to find out status. Eventually got a new email with a FedEx tracking number giving me a delivery date of 8/5/2026. After all that I finally received part on 8/10/2026. The only bright side is the part seems to be working fine.
