Instead of taking responsibility for the missing package, they offered to send me a replacement only if I paid a discounted price, rather than sending a replacement free of charge or issuing a full refund.
I’m very disappointed with how this situation has been handled and, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
The clock spring on my Rio was causing an airbag light to stay on. The replacement fitted perfectly and was delivered promptly. Very happy with the service.
It's only been one week since installation. This is the second clockspring since ownership, my hope is that it will be my last. All my steering control modes are working including my horn and no airbag symbols on the dash cluster. I'd say it's a win. 🏆2006 FX35
