We tried to install this weekend and the part broke in half. When the threaded angle was milled it was cut to thin. It broke when I was threading it in with my fingers. I hadn't even put a wrench on it. I have ordered a replacement from a different company. I would appreciate it if you would send me a refund and a return authorization if you would like the pieces back. Thank you.
