Broken Part

The part came broken in the package.
We have tried to call but can’t get thru.
My son, Connor Maloney, who the part was for has contacted you by email. He was told that you would give him a 20% discount which won’t cut it. I put in a dispute claim on my credit card and would appreciate a full refund.

The grill is pretty good, there is 1 blemish on it but it's small, it fit really well and looks great on the truck
