Questo kit di rimozione della valvola EGR consente di rimuovere completamente il sistema EGR dal motore.
Il kit include piastra cieca di spessore 5 mm e guarnizione per alte temperature per lo scarico della piastra cieca collettore,
Ciò elimina il tubo di prolunga EGR flessibile che tende a rompersi.
Il turbocompressore si avvia rapidamente a una velocità inferiore (il ritardo del turbocompressore è piccolo)
Previene la deposizione di carbonio nel collettore di aspirazione e nelle porte
Accelerazione al minimo più stabile e migliore risparmio di carburante
L'olio motore pulito aiuta a prolungare la durata del motore.
Riduce l'emissione di fumo (riduzione del fumo quando estratto)

good part but miss-aligned mounting tabs

This kit installed just fine, except for the two mounting tabs and the flared end. We had to bend the the tabs to fit. It was a pain in the ass because there is very little room to maneuver here. The flared end was a bit of a challenge as well where the pipe meets to boot for the intercooler input. I was concerned about the tightness of the boot so I made a slight mod to fix that and used 2 band clamps. It would have bee better if the pipe was flared and then had at least 1 inch of straight on the end of it. All in all, it is now working fine.

Idle Surge Fixed!

Purchased to replace and delete my broken IACV and worked a treat. No more idle bounce, revs nice and happy and looks pretty good too.

Side note for the manufacturer; Different anodised colours would be a very cool addition in the future.
