My truck has been at a dealership for a week. After I got the part installed, I needed to go get the transmission relearned.They informed me that I needed codes that were supposed to be provided on the box.So the truck could properly shift.I have reached out numerous times over email and tried calling numerous times to know avail.I am still waiting for someone to help me with this issue
Received a broken trans shift solenoid a for a dodge durango and wasted time and money with this seller as they kept saying they would send me a replacment and never did save yourself the time and hassle of trying to get your money back or a replacement part because I ordered this let them know immediately it was broken out of the box and even though it was stated to be urgently needed, nothing has been done, do as you will with this information but if you need your vehicle running in time or at all I wouldn't recommend buying from this seller, ps i never take the time to write any reviews so that says alot on how much time of my time they have wasted
