Falsche Versprechen über volle Rückerstattung

Der gekaufte Artikel war verkehrt hat nicht gepasst , man versprach mir volle Rückerstattung , nichts ist passiert , erst nach Androhung einer Anzeige wurden mir 70% vom Kaufpreis erstattet , zusätzlich musste ich das Teil auf eigene Kosten zurücksenden . Insgesammt habe ich 32 Euro für nichts und wieder nichts bezahlt . Total unseriös .....
