Sent wrong part

They sent the wrong part. So I went ahead and got it elsewhere and had it installed because I could not wait and ask them to refund this part and he said will give you a 20% maybe refund and then it was 50% refund and then I was like OK we'll give your money back, but you have to ship it back to us and it won't even admit the mistake and They won't give me a return label. And I did mention to them that I'm handicap and low income I even sent them the VIN number and it still couldn't even verify anything.
