L'installation prend environ 1 heure avec des outils à main de base, directement au sol, dans votre allée ou votre garage. C'est plus rapide avec un pont élévateur. Des découpes peuvent être nécessaires pour les configurations de benne/cabine à empattement court. Il se peut que vous deviez réutiliser certaines pièces d'origine.
Reprogrammation requise : La suppression du FAP, du catalyseur, du SCR et/ou du DOC implique la suppression des capteurs liés aux émissions. Un boîtier de reprogrammation compatible avec la suppression du FAP est nécessaire pour éviter l’allumage du voyant moteur ou l’apparition de codes d’erreur.
Avantages: Vous pouvez vous attendre à une nette amélioration de votre consommation de carburant. Si votre filtre à particules (FAP) est obstrué, votre consommation moyenne est probablement d'environ 13 à 14 miles par gallon (mpg). Ce chiffre peut varier légèrement en fonction du degré d'obstruction. Après la suppression du FAP et du catalyseur, vous pouvez espérer une consommation mixte de 18 à 19 mpg.

Great fit and easy installation. Just what I needed to get my 350z running smoothly!
I was a little skeptical at first about going with a smaller brand, but then I reminded myself that at the end of the day, it’s a downpipe. After receiving it, I was honestly impressed with the quality. The catless downpipe looks great, even though once it’s installed you’ll never really see it.
It arrived quickly, was packaged extremely well, and the installation was pretty straightforward. I didn’t run into much trouble during the install. I replaced the upper seal and the V-band clamp while I was in there, but honestly both of the original parts probably would have been perfectly fine to reuse.
One tip: make sure you install the O2 sensors in the same positions as they were on the factory pipe.
Overall, I’m really glad I bought this downpipe and I would absolutely buy it again. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking to make their F10 catless. I even took a few side-by-side photos next to the factory catalytic converter for comparison.
If you’re on the fence about it, just buy it—you won’t regret it.
I also loaded the MHD Tuning Stage 2+ tune at the same time so I wouldn’t have a check engine light, along with a few other supporting upgrades.
