the fuel pump i bought for the n54 hpfp, litteraly started pissing fuel everywhere and no it wasnt installed wrong as it was driving normal for a bit and it was installed by a certified mechanic, the car was severly prone to catching flames, i have sent a email to [****] a few days ago for a refund but have yet to here from them, this product is dangerous i do not recommened and it will indanger your life, if i dont get a refund i will be taking legal action

The product showed up damaged. Not from shipping. The fuel line was cross threaded and smashed out of shape. When I contacted customer service they made up some BS about it being "universal thread" (total lie) and told me it was supposed to be that way. Then after I pushed, they conceded that it was damaged and that I should take it to a machinist to repair it. To return this garbage they require me to pay the shipping cost and then charge a 30% restocking fee. I'll NEVER do buisness with JCarpart EVER again. Ridiculous
