Ordered an oil pump/blanace shaft assembly for an Audi, the gears and housing were cracked and had no repsonse when trying to cantact Jcar about a changeover or replacement part.
I'd had the check engine light on for a couple of months... I'd replaced the catalytic converter and oxygen sensors, but the light wouldn't go off... I installed the new part and after about 250km, Eureka!!! The light finally went off by itself... excellent. It really worked.
Well machined.quality product,doesnt come with crush washers.had to buy those seperate frome Harber Freight ,and ream them to fit.
The part came very quickly. Priced well and best of all fixed my issue. Thanks again
