Seller said shipped USPS said NO

Seller repeatedly claimed the injector had shipped, but USPS tracking showed they were still awaiting the package. A shipping label being created is not the same as an item being shipped. My cancellation request was denied based on those shipping claims, so I ultimately had to go through PayPal for a refund. The injector was later delivered after the refund had already been issued and after I had purchased replacements elsewhere.
