Didn't arrive

I waited 8 days for this part to arrive, to find that they had sent the wrong part. I emailed and asked for the correct part to be sent as I needed to get the vehicle back on the Rd ASAP as it is a big part of my business waited another 6 days nothing asked them of they could sort it ASAP and got told they ant do anything until it's been investigated. Asked for a refund and that has taken 9 days. Way to slow if your running a business and need the parts
