Does not fit, poor quality, terrible customer service

First of all, the quality of this unit compared to factory is not good at all. These are very low quality and the piping diameter was smaller than factory. This exhaust kit does not my fit f150 model as advertised. The exhaust flanges did not mount fully to the exhaust manifolds. The flange bottoms out on the manifold studs before the piping is fully seated. The piping still felt very loose and was obvious that it would have exhaust major leaks. Customer service (Anna) was a nightmare to deal with trying to get a return started. I’m still trying to resolve this after a week and it feels like the CS team is stalling / trying to play games. I don’t appreciate a company sells me junk and fights me on the return process. This felt like a trap honestly. I’m expecting a call from customer service management to help explain this to me…very unhappy customer here.

I was better off to pay a little more on Amazon and get a free return and no restocking fee. 😩
