My item never arrived.

I received a text message saying my package had been delivered to my door, but it was never there. When I contacted Jcarpart, their customer service was very dismissive. Instead of taking responsibility for the missing package, they offered to send me a replacement only if I paid a discounted price, rather than sending a replacement free of charge or issuing a full refund.

I’m very disappointed with how this situation has been handled and, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
