I ordered my part two weeks ago and when I ask for an update to where it is a week ago I am told they will track for me and keep my updated… a week later I am still yet to receive any update and am forced to try and get my money back. Very poorly handled

Great service pity the courier let them down

The order was processed very quickly and sent for delevery. However the package was held up in customs and Evri the shipping company didn’t send any info on how to pay it and so it was returned, jcarparts contacted me and refunded me without question and almost immediately, I will order again and hope they use a different delevery company
