Worst experience

I cancelled the order on 8/8 and I never heard back about anything and then the order was shipped a couple of days later and when I asked about a refund they offered me 10% of cost and told me if I returned the item it would cost me 30% of the refund plus the shipping. If I could rate it a 0 I would. Never again and don’t recommend.
