Very delayed and no shipping information

I ordered this part a month ago because it said it would be here in 2 weeks so I could get my car inspected? Now it's been too long and my inspection has expired because they were not transparent with the shipping information. I also still don't have the part that I need.

Parts arrived well packaged and with the needed hardware intact. Everything went in perfect bolted right up with no mods at all none any and saved 600 or 700 bucks.
