Haven’t received the item

Order was supposedly fulfilled 14 days ago, courier still hasn’t received the parcel. Tried contacting the business and they’re trying to tell me the courier is telling them that it is on the way, when I contacted the courier directly and was told otherwise. Asked for a refund or an estimated delivery date as it is urgent now, was offered a 10% refund and told to “wait patiently for a week,” it’s already been 2 weeks and the courier hasn’t received the parcel!!
