Ordered a remanufactured TCM according to the listing for a 2012 Mazda 3 after installing it problem remained car was still down so I emailed JC parts they had me take it for diagnostics another $180 Mazda told me it was a used defective Tcm I reached back out asked for it to be exchanged they told me there supplier was not getting back to them and offered a 50% refund I told them no and reminded them about a email I was sent when I pitched it of them asking for another $47 for the correct TCM only to receive a bad useless one like I previously had in the end th y would only refund 70% of my money and only sent 51% what a terrible business as the owner of a auto repair business I have never seen such incompetence just send you’re TCM out for repair it is not worth the aggravation because you’re car sits anyway you may get lucky and get a good used one but for how long
