Nightmare!

I have had trouble from this company from day one. I have gone back and forth with them I’ve been told I was getting a refund within “5 working days” it’s been 2 weeks and I still haven’t gotten the refund and now they have quit responding to my emails.

The best thing that I ever did was to buy from Jcarparts. Other shops that I went too were giving me an estimate of close to $400. Another shop wanted $472 and this is to cut the old part and weld a new one. Here didn't have to do neither cause it was one whole piece. So to you I say thank you. You saved me a lot. Going forward I will use this site for any other car parts that I will need.
