OBD2 Vihicle M18X1.5 J Style O2 Oxygen Sensor Angled Extender Spacer Kit Generic

Initially, I struggled to ream the hole to use the bushings and installer tool. However, after removing sufficient material, I could use my thread chaser to snugly fit the new O2 sensor on my 2013 Ford Taurus 3.5 non-turbo rear manifold. The reamer was crucial for the repair, though I lost it during the process.

Before starting to replace the O2 sensor on my wife's car, I consulted a mechanic friend who was skeptical about these tools. While I'm no mechanic, this tool proved essential for removing the sensor without having to dismantle other components. Thank goodness I had it, although I hope to not need it again. My friend viewed them as unnecessary.

The tool did not break, unlike reported in another review, and I managed to remove my sensor with minimal torque. For a one-time use, the price seemed justified despite its cheap appearance.

The J Style M18X1.5 kit is adequate for basic tasks but doesn't offer exceptional performance.
