Purchased parts for my car. It first said I’d get it in 7 days and I did not get it for almost 3 weeks. Than it said it match OEM part but it is not. When I did return request for this product they want a picture showing it’s wrong. Also want OEM #. Well I did that to get this part that was incorrect. The part they sent says it fits a car 1999-2025. But that’s not true the part I need can only fit a 2007-2008 . So I did a return request. Than I got an email saying I need to do all this stuff to return. So I responded with issue and proof saying the part number was not for my car. They responded telling me to resell it and gave copy of return policy which say’s if it’s not the part or if advertising was wrong I would get full refund. But got email saying 20% restocking fee. Unless incorrect part or incorrect advertising. Which both of these are my issue. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
