Review Title: Disappointing - Catalyst Fell Out and CEL Still On.

Review Content: I purchased this O2 sensor spacer to eliminate the check engine light, but it failed completely. After only a short time, the internal catalyst material broke apart and fell out. It didn't solve the issue, and I essentially wasted my money on a defective product.

No gaskets included, lots of surface scratches, looks like it’ll work

I’m surprised that no gaskets are included for the 2 flange surfaces.
Also, lots of surface scratches on the 90 degree and straight extensions.
