Very disappointed with the shipping and communication.

The website states: “Processing time: Your package will ship out within 1 business day” and also advertises “excellent after-sales service.”

I purchased my part almost 6 days ago and received tracking information, but the tracking has remained at “Shipping label created” with no indication that the package has actually entered transit.

I contacted customer service to ask about the status and when I could reasonably expect my part. I was initially told that the postal service recommended 3–5 working days for transportation and that I should be patient. When I followed up asking for more specific tracking information or an estimated delivery date, I was told they were “unable to confirm the exact delivery date” and that the usual transit time is 5–8 business days, with tracking only updating once the package reaches the next transit station.

My issue is not that shipping can sometimes take time. My issue is that the website says orders will ship within 1 business day, yet nearly 6 days later the tracking still only shows that a label was created, and customer service cannot provide a meaningful update on whether the package has actually shipped.

If your business advertises fast processing and excellent after-sales service, I expect the shipping information and communication to reflect that. Unfortunately, my experience so far has not matched those claims.

I needed this part urgently, and the lack of transparency regarding the shipment has been extremely frustrating.
