Very poorly

I was tempted to buy this part only because it said home delivery in 2/5 days. And for free.It's been over two weeks and the shipment hasn't arrived. I managed to cut out the plugs myself and installed them. It would be best if I could return the part. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service.
