Where do I start. The tracking of my shippment was absolutely horrible. Had no clue where my package was. It took almost 2 weeks for it to be shipped 4 hours from the town it came from. And when it showed up the grill was completely cracked and broken and pieces broken off. Didn’t even take the wrapping off I only saw the corner of it cracked and broken and simply put it back in the box and taped back up. After contacting about the damaged I was asked if I would take 50% back for compensation and make the grill still work. The grill was completely damaged beyond repaired. I order a new grill to use on my truck not a grill that was broken and pieces missing. I asked for a refund back and still have yet to hear back. Extremely disappointed and frustrated.
