Absolutely no help. Package was nearly 10 days later than date it was paid extra to be delivered and I get offered a 5% refund and told that I can “keep it and sell it locally” I am not just the same as most customers out here trying to sell car parts. We need them for what we need them for when we need them and shouldn’t be told to try and sell it locally when they have a refund policy that allows returns.
